digital goods # of times downloaded no longer show

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1

Our products are digital and the Order is showing that there is still 1 download left in their order. How do I know that they were able to successfully able to download their product. Previous version showed the number of times item was downloaded.

Hi,

Previous versions also shown the number of downloads left.
So if you configured the product download to 1 download maximum and that the order tells you that there is 1 download left, it means that the customer didn't download the file yet.

Hi - thanks for the response.

Previous version also used to show how many times a download was made in product view. i do not see that now.
