Retailprice is not showed in cart

Hey

I have a little issue.. At this product tilhamoghende.dk/deko/product/70-armbandslangeskind we have add a retailprice, but in the cart the price is the normal price.
I have tried many things, the only one that working is to add the price as a price. But then it's not stands as retailprice.

Is this a bug in the system or my fail, anybody to know that?

The retail price is just an informative price ; That price is just display in the product page and nothing more.

Ok what then to do when you have a lower price, and want both to show it on the product ad want to add it to the cart?

Hi,

Usually, you configure the base price in the price field of the product, and then you create a discount (via the menu Orders>Discounts) and apply it to the product with the amount you want it to be removed from the base price.
Then, you can use the "show discounted prices" settings of the cart module, the main configuration, the product listing menus and modules to say if you want to see only the reduced prices, both prices or the reduced price plus the discount.
