Checkout withoud payment

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.42

I want to use HikaShop to request a quote. That means that customers have to checkout but not have to pay.
How do I do that?

Hi,

You can remove the "payment" view from the "checkout workflow" setting of the HikaShop configuration page.

I'm interested in the same topic. My shop delivers the items to be paid AFTER the takeover, without using HikaShop when paying. So, i'am removed "payment" view from "chekout workflow", but ordering can be done without selecting a payment method. So, i want to receive the order but do not want to pay online. How do i do that?

Just remove "payment" from the "checkout workflow" and that's it.

I am looking to add this as an option on the checkout page. This would give users the option to either pay now or just register and pay later. Is this possible in the same checkout cart?

Hi,

Yes. Instead of removing the payment view from the checkout workflow, create a payment method of the type "collect on delivery" and rename it "pay later".
