Can't Find Order Status and What They Mean

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3

1) I swear I searched but can't seem to find the order status and what they mean.

Example:
- When an order is made the order status is changed to = created
- When an order is paid for the order status is changed to = confirmed

2) Also, when an order is created but not paid for, does it sit in the users account so that they can pay later if they wish or until we move it back to the site?

3) What happens when an order status is changed to cancelled?

Hi,

1. You can find order statuses via the menu System>Order statuses. And there are many settings where you can configure what order status should apply/be taken into account for a specific action. Most of them are located in the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration.

2. If you activate the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" setting of the HikaShop configuration yes.

3. It depends how you configured the settings of the order section. Mostly, you'll have the stock of the product of the order decremented.
Also, if you have reports based on statuses, the reports might change. Etc...
