How do I edit the Admin email headed "Paypal payment notification : payment Completed for order no.xxx" ?

I want to put in all the order details so I can get rid of the Admin email headed "A new order has been created on your website" that comes before the customer has paid.

Hi,

This email is sent by Paypal directly so we can't edit it from HikaShop.
If you want to receive an email only for the confirmed orders with the order details, the best way will be to edit the mail "order status notification" and add your email address as BCC directly. And then unpublish the "order administrator notification" which is sent only for created orders.

Hi Xavier,
I'm not talking about the one sent by PayPal. This one comes from the store.

It reads...

"Hello,
A Paypal notification was received with the status Completed. The order is now confirmed.
This notification was for the order B2C5 on the website http://xxxxxx/ You can access the order details directly by clicking on the link below after logging in your back end: http://xxxxxxu/administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=order&task=edit&order_id=25"

I've looked through all the emails in System > Emails but can't see where this one is being generated.

How do I add the admin as a BCC on the order status notification email?

Hi,

That email is generated by the PayPal plugin directly and cannot be changed unless you modify the code of the plugin.

Adding a BCC to the order status notification email is what I would recommend to.
You can do that by editing that email via the menu System>Emails. There, in the "sender information" tab, you'll find the BCC field where you can enter your email address.
