Image uploaded not shown in backend order

-- url of the page with the problem -- : webwinkel.artemysia.be
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 42.0

The webshop is for a photo-products. Clients are uploading photos that should be placed on the products. For example on a jewel.
In the backend we use to see in the orders which uploaded photo belongs to which ordered product. But now they no longer appear. Any ideas?

Attached screenshots from older orders from the backend and screenshot from a recent order where u can see there's no image under product list.

Thanks I fixed it. It was a result of the rights of the upload/safe folder.

Very strange. It stopped working again. The uploaded images do not appaer anymore at the backend.

So I attached a screenshot of the he Item custom field configuration.

Hi,

Is it only for the new images ? Do you see the old images ? Could it be again a permission issue on the upload folder or its subfolder (where the thumbnails are stored) ?

It's solved. There was something wrong with one of the Item custom fields. No idea what. Just made a new one and it worked again.
