There is an option for automatic reset.

If you want to perform a manual reset, you'll have to delete all of test orders (with the order products) and then perform a modification of the increment in the database.
You'll find plenty of thread talking about that exact subject.
2. Yes. By using the "print" in the invoice.
3. Yes. By using the "export" button in the order listing (with no order selected to "select" them all).
4. HikaInvoices is developped by a third party developer who is also an HikaShop partner (Edwin 2 Win).
