Hi,

We tried on our end but it still works just fine.
If you look at the error console of your browser, to you get any javascript error when doing that ? What is the error message in that case ?

I have turned off all firewall and security software. No change.

Error in console is: "Uncaught ReferenceError: Invalid left-hand side in assignment"

Hi,

I think that the best will be to give us a backend and potentially a ftp access in order to have a deeper look at this issue.
These informations can be sent via our contact form, don't forget to give the url of that topic in the message.

Hi,

Problem solved, on the view "order / invoice" backend template the a tag had the onclick javascript event wrote like that: on-click
Instead of: onclick
So that's why it was not calling the event correctly, this has potentially be edited by you when editing that view as we don't have code like that by default ;)

It was driving me crazy trying to find out why that wasn't working, but as soon as you said that the javascript was written incorrectly I knew where that was coming from: RS Firewall

When the backend scanning and javascript scanning is turned on, it will re-write potentially harmful javascript when there is a document save. I will have to remember to totally turn that off before editing any scripts.

THANK YOU for finding it!
