Address Custom Fields

Hi,

why address custom fields are not included in the Billing and Shipping address?

I mean, they are not included in the emails and also when in front-end the user sees his addresses cards, they are not visible. They appear in the form when adding a new address, but not in the address card's box.

So, now the questions are:
How to include the custom fields in the address cards boxes - and the emails and actually not in a random order, but injected somewhere in the middle of the other address fields.
