Adding Return/Refund Policy

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.17

How to display return and refund policy? I noticed Terms and conditions in custom checkout. But that is not I am looking for. Return/Refund policy is more like information rather than an agreement to have users would have to acknowledge. Any example website with configuration details would be helpful.

Hi,

Please note that the "error message" field is there for your error messages in case you have some.
There is no need to duplicate your message in that field and in the "message" field.

About your question ; you just have to create a Joomla article for your "return / refund policy" and add a link in your website footer.
If you really to put a link during the checkout ; you can see to override the view "checkout | terms" in order to add a link in the same way that the link to the "terms & cond" is made.

Hi Jerome,

Are there Return policy for an individual seller and Exchange policy for an individual seller in hikamart marketplace?
Can we create a return/refund or exchange of a product portal where the customer can raise a request for return or exchange?
