Order of Invoice Address Fields for Store Address

Hi,

I've managed to change the order of the address fields for the invoice/shipping invoice for both shipping and billing addresses by editing the address_template in Display, Views but I can't seem to control the order for the fields in the store_address. This is important as in the UK the post code always appears after the city and state.

Any help appreciated.
