Confirmation Order emails not being sent.

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any

Hi,

I have two payment gateways setup.

PayPal standard and WorldPay Business Gateway.

Both of these gateways IPN / Callback work fine and when an order is placed and payment is confirmed the status of the order gets changed to confirmed in the admin - just like it should. However, there are no confirmation emails sent to the customer or the admin? The order creation emails get sent just fine? Any ideas please?

Hi,

Then it means that the problem is with the email itself, not the confirmation process.
Check in the menu System>Emails that you didn't disable the order status notification email.
If not, it could come from the PDF invoice plugin embedding the PDF invoice on the email and your email server not accepting that. If you have that plugin, try disabling it.

Hi,

Same problem, other payment gateway.

Hikashop Business 2.6.1.
JDiDEAL 3.3.2.
Joomla 3.4.8.

After updating a client-webshop from 2.6.0 to 2.6.1 confirmation email is no longer being send. Orders are being processed correctly. Orderstatus after iDeal payment (using JDiDeal playment plugin) changes to confirmed.

I already checked the most likely causes, such as checking the e-mailaddresses filled in System-Config-E-mails and in the System - Emails - Sender information.

Also order status notification e-mail is enabled and PDF-invoice plugin is not installed.

I would also appreciate your help!

Yes like PARAGON2009 this seems to be an issue with 2.6.1 at the moment?

I have also checked the likely causes and at the moment there is no PDF plugin installed. Thanks.

Please check your PHP error log in order to be sure that you do not have PHP errors when sending the emails.
