Allow customers to change their payment method

Allow customers to change their payment method after checkout

does not work...

I switched on:

Payment of orders not paid immediately
and
Allow customers to change their payment method after checkout : If you activate that option and that the above option is activated, the users will be able to change the payment method of their orders which are created and not yet confirmed on their orders listing.

No possibility to change the payment method after order is created.
Please advise.

And what is this new option:
Payment capture order status

it is not described in the help.

Figured it out. I had a customisation in the view order -> listing.
So the latest version was never used...
