-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.24

On the front end I have where customers can view there previous orders. When you click on an order the store's address is not all showing. In the order->show view I noticed this is displayed by the $this->store_address variable. In hikashop configuration I have the "Your shop address" as:
1834 Spoons Chapel Church Rd
Asheboro, NC 27205

When clicking on an order all that displays is:
1834 Spoons Chapel Church Rd
Asheboro

Also, in my emails that get sent to customers the address format for billing and shipping is:
Name
Street
Zip Code City State
Country
Telephone

I would like to have these addresses in the following format:
Name
Street
City, State 3 Code Letter Zip Code
Telephone

Can you help me with fixing these address formats?

Hi,

1. The store address is only displayed on the invoices and there is no system to only display a piece of it.
So I'm not sure what you're talking about. Could you do some screenshots of the situation in order to better understand what's going on ?

2. Regarding the user addresses format, you can change that by editing the files "address_template" for both your frontend and your backend template via the menu Display>Views of HikaShop.

Thanks for the response. I got the email address format with the Order->address_template view. I have attached some screenshots of showing an order on the front end and my shop address configured on the back end so you can see what I mean about the orders and invoices. Thanks again for all your help.

Hi,

I've tried the same thing on my end and don't have the problem:
take.ms/TU3a5
And the code to handle the store address has been the same for more than 2 years so if you have the 2.5.0 there should be no difference with the latest version.

Did you maybe modify the view of the invoice ?
Do you have a file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/order/show.php ? If you do, could you try renaming that file in order to deactivate the override ? Does that help ?

I do have that file. I renamed it to show1.php. Did not change anything with the address for the store.

Then I don't know why it does that.
Do you have the same problem on the backend when you edit an invoice ?
Could you provide a backend access to check your settings and a test user account with a link to an order so that we can see the problem ?
You can send that here along with a link to this thread:
