How to update the states list

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Hi,
yesterday, a user, reported me that some states are missing on the list that hikashop shows.
How can i up date the list?

PS: On Hikashop you called them states but in Italy they are provinces.

Hello,
Note that you can directly add them via "Hikashop->System->Zones".
