How to change "TOTAL with VAT" to Total with Tax"?

The invoices being mailed out to customers says "TOTAL with VAT" instead of "Total with Tax".

Can you should me where the setting is to change that?

Looks like that was just what I needed. I actually changed my Joomla to use en-GB instead of en-US and then the overides I put in kicked in.
