-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.veggievore.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message on the page but it is asking me to please login before allowing me to see my orders, even after I have logged in.

I am trying to help a customer who ordered some DVDs but then had her PayPal time out and now wants to know how to pay without having to start over creating the order.

I wanted to tell her to login to the front end and then click on the "Account" link and then click on the "View your orders" link. However, I tried to do that myself and i am geting a message telling me to "Please login first".

However, just below that message is the Log out button. Which means that I am already logged in. I have asked the customer if they will be willing to try that. But, I believe the same problem will happen to them.

Do you have an explanation for what might be causing this?

I have similar problems with some of the other links.

Thank you, Sean Carney

Here is a message I received from the patient when I asked her to try to login and see if she could find a way to make the payment:

Thank you for responding to my inquiry.

1. I logged in.
2. Selected my account.
3. Double clicked the order number, which opens up to the details of my order, but doesn't provide a payment option.

Perhaps, I should cancel this order and enter a new one?

Hi,

That means that the account you're using isn't synchronized between Joomla and HikaShop.
Either you have the HikaShop user synchronization plugin deactivated in the Joomla plugins manager, or the user information is missing in HikaShop (you can click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration to resynchronize the user information). So check both things.

Once again thank you. I did not realize that the super user that was created when I set up the Joomla installation was not listed in HikaShop as a customer. But, it makes sense. I used a user in HikaShop and the problem is not there. So, all is well.

I did also verify that my HikaShop user synchronization plugin was enabled and just in case I did the Check Database in the HikaShop configuration.

Sean
