Connection error after adjusting productlist order

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.28
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.18

Hi,

we are having some problems when adjusting the productlist from an exsiting order in the backend from Hikashop.
When the order is saved, you can't open the order again. It will only show a list of all the categories...

What could be causing this problem?

Hi,

Please turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again.
It should then display an error message below that which would help us understand the situation and what to do.

Hi Nicolas,

i enabled the option "Error Reporting" of the Joomla configuration, and i see the "Joomla Debug Console" under every page (see attachment 01) but when I try to open a Order, i only see the page from attachment 02 without the "Joomla Debug Console".

what could be the problem?

Hi,

So maybe your server is configured to force the non display of error messages.
Then instead, please look in the PHP error log of your server for the fatal error message which has been logged when you displayed that page and provide it.
Only with the error message can we say what could be the problem since we don't have it on our end and don't know what it could be.
