Print Button Missing

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

I have turned on Allow user to print invoice but when I go to User Panel and click on an order the button is not there

Hi,

Check the setting "Invoice order statuses" of the HikaShop configuration.
The invoice print button will be available only for the orders with their status in that list.
