Can't change order status.

Hi,

I doing a bank transfer method but may i know why I can’t change the order status on the joomla back end? It is showing this pop out message “{address_company} {address_title} {address_firstname} {address_lastname} {address_street} {address_post_code} {address_city} {address_state} {address_country} Telephone: {address_telephone}”

Is it updating to the latest version of the hikashop can solve this problem?

Hi,

It's a bug of the popup system of Joomla in new versions.
Make sure that you're using the latest version of HikaShop and that you have the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration set to "vex" and you won't have the problem.

Thanks for your reply.
But I have problem updating the latest Hikashop now.
I'm trying to upload the latest version but it has this error message.

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file)

Please advise.

Hi,

Well, as the message says, you need to increase the upload_max_filesize and/or the post_max_size settings of your PHP settings.
If you don't know how, you can ask your hosting company.
Alternatively, you can do an install via FTP and it will circumvent the problem:
