If you check the orders in your backend, is their status being changed to "confirmed" after the payment ?
If yes, then there is a problem with the sending of the emails. Check that you have the confirmation emails in the menu Users>Emails history. If you do, then the problem is with the email server and you need to check the log of the email server with your hosting company. If you don't, then you need to check the email settings of HikaShop, something might be wrong there based on your hosting company email sending recommendations.
If the orders status isn't changed to "confirmed", then you have a problem with the payment notifications not being received by HikaShop. Here is a documentation you can follow to understand what might be wrong:
