hikashop points not deducted on check out

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3

Hi, I have set up a payment with points using user points and the alphapoints. After the check out process the pits used are not deducted automatically, only if in the backend the admin changes it to paid.

When using money to pay the status sets to created. When using points it goes directly to confirmed but no points are deducted.

If I select Use virtual coupon, only the balances are shown but not that extra line with the discount.
I found a way to display it but then I cant complete the check out. even the figures are wrong:

Sample:
Subtotal $2.32
Recipient $0.00
Points discount $-4.60
Points used 0 Points
Total $0.00 Convert cart in wishlist
POINTS
You have 955 points.
You can use 138 points to have a discount of $6.90.
You can earn 46 points with this order
Enter your coupon
Add

You chose the shipping method: Receive by pick up
You chose the payment method: Pay with Points

Discount is more than the purchase amount!>?

Hi,

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of your points plugins/payment methods ?
Could you also provide a link to the checkout and a test user account with points to be able to test ?

yes sure, but through private message
I have managed though to set virtual coupon and complete the checkout, but again no points deducted

Hi Nicolas, I sent all info's a day ago with access to front and back-end as private message. Also adding back points when order is cancelled doesn't work.

Hello,

its been more than six days I posted this matter. Maybe my request slipped attention.

I tried a lot myself but no solution still:

Points are not deducted automatically when paying with them
Points are not refunded when order is cancelled

Please help me here. Thanks

My problem is partly solved. I found another Hikashop user who walked me through the issue.
Yet the virtual coupon is still not ok.

I am sorry but in the first answer, Nicolas asked for some elements

Thus, the support team (or myself) still do not have the required elements that Nicolas asked in his answer and we also do not have access to Nicolas private messages (that's why we dislike private messages and the reason of the "contact us" form).

thanks for the reply. I did sent the log in details through the contact form too. As I saw that it was asked that way too in another post.
If you sill need the screenshots even you have my access details I can produce them later.

I sent the private message as my Business edition says to have private mail support. But now I know that i have to use the contact form which I did.

Hi,

The private mail support is through the "contact us" form ; because you gave your email and the support team will reply by email.
Private messages via the forum are not part of the "private support" ; it is not something which can be used to provide a team working service.

You can create a support ticket via le "contact us" form, but in that case we prefer to not mix the communication methods and use both email and forum for same kind of issues (or shared credentials etc). Every support ticket is independent .

You might have sent your credentials via the "contact us" form but I can't see any information related to your ticket.
Which means that you sent the data for another thread or something else... But that current support ticket do not have anything attached.
