Hi,
We launched our page yesterday running HikaShop, and sold quite a few items. However, it came to our attention that we hadn't received payment through PayPal for several of the orders, but confirmation emails were sent out to the customers, leading them to believe that they had been charged, and all of the unpaid orders are marked as confirmed in the back end of HikaShop.
Is this a bug or an issue that requires a change in settings?
