Order History per product

Hi !

We use Hikashop to sell a form of classes.
So people can register for a class and pay online.

But we have the feeling that, if we change orders from clients, e.g. delete a class they booked and change it for an other class, that there might be a problem with the available quantity of the product.

Is there a way to see the complete order history of a product?
