Automatically order

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2

Hi

Recently I found my hikashop website will automatically create empty order like the attachment picture show.

Do not know why it happen.

The empty order create automatically several hour a time.

Do you know how to deal with this?

Hi,

You can be done by clicking on the "new" button at the top of the orders listing, in the backend interface of HikaShop or in the frontend orders listing of HikaMarket for super users.
Or it might be the result of a mass action gone wrong (you can check them via the menu System>Mass actions).
That's all I can think of.
