Edit products after order payment

Hi Guys,

I have a question, is it possible for the customer to tweak/ fine tune an order after payment?

For example the customer orders a SPA treatment. the product is a SPA treatment with different times available... But the customer only know what time they will have the treatment after the order is paid for..

So they are able to login and then set the actual time they can go?

Times might be something like: Product Characteristics
Or it could even be done on the order in the custom fields...

Basically some way of working with the order even after the payment is made - as this would not affect the price

Hi,

In HikaMarket the customer can't modify their orders after the creation.

A custom plugin can modify an order using the HikaShop API ; but there is no feature in HikaShop to allow customers to do so.
