The route to finish checkout

Hi,
This is an operation problem that when an order is established but the payment process dose not complete, in the user's order list he can view the order detail, but there seems no way for him to complete the payment process. I guess there is something wrong with my setting but I just could't find it. Could you give me a direction?

We'll need more information about your issue.
Do you want your customer to be able to pay his order with a "Created" status through his order listing ?

Or do you have some issue with your current payment process ?

Yes, the order was created and in either the order list and order detail, there is no button for the front end user to continue the payment.
Please refer to the attached screen shot files. There is only one hyper link that links from the order list to the detail page and a go back button.
