-- PHP version -- : 5.4.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error

HI,

In the back end at order status i try to change the order status to confirm and i get this error message. please help me. thanks

Hi,

You have customized (modified) your email and in your modified content, you have a PHP error.
Please fix your code or remove your modified file in order to let HikaShop use the default one.

I put it back original file then i can confirm. but i have this issue please see the picture. on the tax area i want it only show tax. thank you

Hi,

What do you mean by "the original file" ? Are you using the version 2.6.4 of the preload ? Or an older version ?
If you're using an older version, it could welle explain the problem.

I am change back the customized (modified) your email and in your modified content, to have a PHP error..

I using the 2.6.4 . So I want the order show only tax only instead total-without-tax. Thanks

Please answer my questions.
If you use the default email files, does it display properly (without errors) ?
And in that case, what is the exact problem with the taxes ? What is displayed, and what would you prefer ?
You said that you changed something in the override of the email preload. What precise change did you made ?
