You need to configure your "User Points" plugins and also choose which "points" integration you want to use (HikaShop "user points" user custom field ; EasySocial points ; AlphaUserPoints/AltaUserPoints).

The second "user points" plugin is a HikaShop plugin that you can configure in the section "HikaShop > System > Plugins".
The instance of the plugin should be made exactly like for Shipping or Payment plugin ; click on "new" and select the plugin you to to create & configure.

PS : HikaShop 4 does not exist and won't exist in the next couple of years.. Joomla 3.4 should be update to the latest version.
