Hi support,
although not yet updated to 3.0.0 (I have to test the output...), this issue will be the same then:

How to manage the invoice output? In the customer mails he gets only the order sent. Unfortunately I find no info...

Hi,

If you want an invoice to be included as an attachment to the email sent to the customer, we have that plugin which can do that:
www.hikashop.com/component/hikashop/product/cid-18.html

Hi,

In which emails are you looking at ?
Does your orders have an "invoice number" set ?
The PDF invoice is set to include the invoice when the order is "confirmed", so when the order have an invoice number.
