admin menu Hikashop after access control

At the office certain people are allowed to vieW the orders. The only menu choice for them must be restricted to just the Hikashop orders.
I managed this in Hikashop access control accordingly. Everything is ok, but 2 nasty things remain. See attached image.

1. Sidebar. When clicked on Hikashop in the left side bar, a 403 appears.

2. In the admin menu in the toolbar all menu options are visible, instead of Orders only.
This makes no sense because only Orders will work (off course), but the rest will generate a 403.

How can I make the sidebar option Hikashop work in a way that it redirects to Orders?
How can I get rid of all the other menu-items in the admin-menu, except Orders?
