Hi all, i created a coupon the name "Primavera2017" whit 10% discont, but when i insert it in the ckeckout the price is still the same. and don't see the 10% discont.

i don't undestand because:(

My Hika shop version is HikaShop Business 2.6.3 [1606031204] in attach you can see the screen shot.

Hi,

So are you sure that the product in your cart is in one of the categories you selected in the coupon ?
What if you don't put any categories in your coupon ? Does it work ?
Also, you should normally see an error message when the coupon is not added, telling you why it couldn't be added. You might have a compatibility issue:

Hi Nicolas, thank you.
I made the test whit the joomla protostar template and the coupon worked very well.
But i don't undestand where is the problem on my RS Juno template .

If you have 2 minutes for to undestand the problem and help me, I would be grateful.

Hi all, I solved.
it was my mistake, on the file coupon.php of hikashop, I restored the original file and it works fine with the template Rs Juno.
