-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 7.0.16
-- PHP version -- : 7.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome 57.0.2987.98 (64-bit)

Since updating Hikashop Business, the additional information captured (using custom fields) during the checkout process no longer appears within system notification emails, meaning that if I wish to use or view the additional info I now have to login to the backend each time.

I have also tried using the legacy checkout however the additional info still is still not contained within either the order created or confirmed emails.

Any idea what is causing this?

Hi,

The custom field display settings have been changed with HikaShop 3. So make sure that the email display settings of your custom fields are activated.
Also, if you have customized your emails, the preload version has to be updated in order to use the new display options.
So you'd have to remove them via the menu System>Emails.
