Hi!
Tax rate 19%, total is correct, subtotal is correct, but tax is incorrect.
The problem occurred when changing the cost of delivery.

On 3434.png lfm. means price for meter.
Alu Wand Profil 160 gr. price Is calculated as follows: 0.95*80*2.5m=190 and 226.1 with tax (19%)

Thanks.

Hello,

Can you provide more element like more details(annoted screenshot by example) and a way to proceed to better understand situation.
Please note that use your screenshot is hard for us because it's not in English, and so we can't be sure to understand displayed data well...

Awaiting details from you.

Before editing the order, the tax (Ust.) was correct (63,27 €), but after making changes, it became 28,39 €.
Subtotal = 333€ - correct;
Total = 396,27€ - correct;
Tax = 28,39€ - incorrect and i don't understand where does this figure come from.

Hi,

I see that the shipping fee is 0 as well as the tax of the shipping fee on your screenshots.
What did you had before ?

It might be a bug but for us to correct it we would need ot be able to reproduce the problem.

Now regarding that order, even if the bug is fixed, it won't change that the tax amount is wrong. So you could try adding shipping taxes to the order (negative or positive) in order to fix the taxes being displayed.

Hi,
Initially, the delivery and delivery tax were 0. Later, we calculated the shipping cost for the goods and tried to correct the shipping cost by 65 to send a new invoice to the customer. There was a problem with the tax, tried to return to 0 and now we have what we have.

Hi,

So how about setting the shipping cost you want, and setting the shipping tax amount to counter balance the calculation issue you have ?
