Order not confirmed after payment

Hi

After payment of an order through QuickPay payment gateway, the order is still not confirmed.
What could be the cause of this?

As you can see from the screenshot, HikaShop has received notification from QuickPay about the payment, as seen on the order page.

Found I had to set auto capture to yes, to get it to confirmed state after payment received. Payment is not captured at QuickPay (but is shouldn't so that good)... The setting seems a bit misleading though.

Hi,

The data column of the history table should contain more information on why the order status is not changed.
Also, please understand that this payment plugin was developed by QuickPay themselves, so you should check with their support for issues with that payment plugin.
