Hi,

No. That's probably because you have customized your notification email via the menu System>Emails and the old preload code of the email doesn't support the new display settings of custom fields that we added in HikaShop 3.
So remove the customization of the preload of your emails and if you had changed stuff in there, apply it again to the new version of the preload and it should then work properly.

Thanks, no I did not change anything in System>Emails. All the columns (Remove HTML customization | Remove text customization | Remove Preload customization) are empty so I cannot remove anything. Must be something else.

Hi,

Then I don't see.
Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of the custom field and a screenshot of the received email where you have the problem ?

The email to the customer:

Hallo Peter Fröhlich,
...

Zusammenfassung Ihrer Bestellung

Name Einzelpreis Menge Zwischensumme
Listing 40,00 € 1 40,00 €
VAT (GB) : 8,00 €
Gesamtsumme inkl. MwSt.: 48,00 €
...

"Listing" should look like the checkout which displays the custom fields "test subsribed 12 months term, 2017-05-30 - 2018-05-30":

Listing test subsribed
12 months term, 2017-05-30 - 2018-05-30

... but I pasted the content of that email already in the previous post. What is the difference to a csreenshot? Anyway please find it attached.

I realised there is also a problem with the link to the shop becasue it is actually not a link but just a fragment. Maybe you can have a look at that as well, thanks.

Hi,

It's different because we don't see how that displays, or which email notification it is from.
Now that I have the screenshot, I understand the situation.

The issue is that you have turned off the HTML setting of your emails, or the main HTML setting in the HikaShop configuration.
And thus, the text version of the emails is sent instead of the HTML version.
The text version is much simpler than the HTML version and doesn't contain all the data that the HTML version has. So what you have is normal.
Turn back on the HTML setting and it will display properly with the custom fields and all. Alternatively, you can also remove all the code of the text version and the system will dynamically generate the text version out of the HTML version. It will have all the information but it will be more messy.
