Order status

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.4

Hi

All the orders with TVA are not turning to confirmed after they paid.
The orders without TVA are right.
Someone have an idea why it's happening?

We would need a bit more information about your website, like the payment method your using (and its configuration), your HikaShop settings about taxes and so on.

Hi,

Then first, download the plugin there, install it and activate the "new IPN" setting of the payment method:

That might help.
If it still doesn't work after that, then please follow the instructions there and activate the debug setting of the payment method, wait for an order with the issue (or make one) and provide the payment log from the HikaShop configuration:
