Custom fields have disapeard on invoices, emails and delivery notes

Hi,

the custom fields have disapeared in delivery notes, emails and invoices after updating Hikashop and Joomla.
I can fill them in the front end, but they are not shown anymore on the delivery notes, emails and invoices in the backend.

I also have a error message checking the Database:
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='

I have installed Hikashop over the existing installtion, but no changes.

Hello,

If you have updated HikaShop from a 2.x version ; you might want to check the configuration of the fields.
In Hikashop 2.6 a modification in the custom field system allowed to have more "display" settings.
In HikaShop 3.x we made modifications to re-organize them and provide a more homogeneous configuration.
Do not hesitate to re-save the custom field in order to be sure that its configuration is right stored in the database.

If the problem persist, we would need more details about your custom field configuration.

Regarding the error you have in the "check database", it's related to the fact that your HikaShop user table and your Joomla users table do not have the same collation.
It is not a problematic issue since only that specific database check task will try to make such kind of relation which is used in order to synchronize the Joomla users with the HikaShop users (in case some are missing in HikaShop).

I re-saved the fields, but there are no changes. What do you need for further testing?

Do you try to manage Display options and re-save your custom field configuration ?
Can you provide some screenshot of your custom fields configuration page ?

Hi,

I have found the issue - sometimes you are blind - see attachment. Some buttons were disabled, I don't know why. Bút now it seems to work.
