Hi,

I don't know how that's possible.
Did you customize hikaShop views ?
Are you using the new checkout or the legacy one ?
What is the URL of your website ?
Are you able to reproduce an order like that ?
Are these orders from new users ? With new addresses ?
Or maybe these addresses / users date back from before you made these fields required ?
Because once an address is created, it can be used for an order without the system checking that all the address fields abid by the restrictions in them. So that could be an explanation.

Hi Nicolas,

I have investigate this and this is my conclusion:

The user accounts are imported by Hikashop
Some of the imported Users missing the complete address.
These users can login, and this explains what happening right?

Kind regards René

Hi,

HikaShop has no user import feature unless you migrated from another cart with the migration tool we provide in the import interface and in that case, it's indeed possible that some of the address data couldn't be migrated (or was already missing in the previous cart) and thus the customers will be able to use these addresses even though some data is missing in them based on how you set your custom address fields.
