Go in the Customers>Email history menu.
Do you see the emails that should have been sent there ?
If so, then HikaShop is still sending the emails to your email server and either the emails are refused by the email server (you should check with your hosting support) or they are discarded by the receiver email server as spam ( you can check them with
www.mail-tester.com/
).
If the emails are not in the email history, then please check if the order status is changed to confirmed for the orders.
If yes, then the emails must have been deactivated/modified in a wrong way in the menu System>Emails.
If no, then your PayPal plugin is not receiving payment notifications anymore and you can follow this documentation:
