Order History Page Not showing shipping address

-- HikaShop version -- : Hikashop business 3.4
-- Joomla version -- : joomla 3.8.4

Hi , i would like to know why is my order history page not showing shipping address? ( when i do testing i inserted a different address for shipping ).
as you can see from the attachment, billing address and shipping address is having 2 diff address.

Hi, i have already attach screenshot at the first comment. the first one is order detail page from frontend (order history)

the second attachment is order detail that view from backend. as you can see from backend (second attachment), user already insert a different shipping address. but from front end it is not showing shipping address.

I tested it on my end and it worked fine, did you set weight / dimensions on your products ? Can you also tell us if your customer have selected a shipping method through your checkout workflow ? Thank you.
