Hello,

Since a few weeks Google merchant center has blocked me.
Finally I have got an answer in which they say what might cause the issue.
I am wondering if there is anything in the case which could be solved by Hika

The message I receive from Google is as written

"The ads are disapproved for invalid HTTP response. Please know it is a automated disapproval and these cannot be overturned manually. "

When I look in de XML file of the Hikashop plugin on top there is a reference ot

Is this right?

And are any references in the mail function of Hikashop?

Hi,

I don't see what XML you're talking about. HikaShop has no adwords plugin so far and thus no xml generated for adwords.
HikaShop is not linked to adwords issues. Not the email function, not the google products plugin can cause that error as far as I know.
Looking at your link, this comes from an issue with what is configured in your adwords account settings.

Hello Nicolas,
The google shopping plugin is indrectly connected to Google Ads. Otherwise you can't use shopping/the merchant center.

The xml file i'm talking about is the google shopping plugin of hika shop.
When I open the file i see a reference to http google instead of https.

As google can't give me any clue for what reason my account is blocked I need to look into everything what could possibly go wrong.

Already a few recommend joomla experts have tried to find anything. But still no succes.
I am hoping you can give also any clue from your experience in hika shop

The message in Merchant Center is:

error
Account suspended due to policy violation: checkout incomplete

But that could be anything between selecting product and complete your order.

I still have normal sales in my shop.
That's working fine, but somehow along the way Google has detected something (which they can't tell me) that isn't up to there protocol
For me it's also a needle in a haystack

Well, I checked your website and I don't see anything missing on the checkout or while selecting the products.
So it's also a needle in a haystack for me.

I did see a few issues on your checkout:

But these don't cmoe from HikaShop and don't prevent HikaShop from working properly.

Maybe you could try contacting the adwords team through twitter: twitter.com/GoogleAds
It seems that they are quite diligent in replying to the people contacting them.

Hi Nicolas,
It is working again.
I can't identify exactly what has solved it, but I think it had to do with the creditcard payment.
Let's hope it will stay online.

We will look into the errors you mentioned.
