How to add an "Add to cart" button even whe then stuck is 0 of a product?

Hi,

In my webshop I have a lot of products, but I dont have all colors of all products. So if a customer is ordering a black item its in stuck and he can do the checkout. But if another customer order the same products in blue, it says that products is not in stuck and it will be in stuck within 2 weeks after ordering. The issue is that there is not an "Add to Cart" button only contact me when this productt is back in stuck. So question is, is it possible to add the "Add to cart" button even when the stuck is 0?

Means I would like that the customer can order and pay for the blue item even when its not in stuck. I can not just set the stuck to unlimited since then the customer will not get the messege that the product is not in stuck.

What options are there?
