The plugin is available in the Joomla plugins manager only. Search for "invoice" there.
Also, you provided a screenshot of the order invoice, but you didn't provide a screenshot of the order "history" (at the bottom of the order edition page), nor a screenshot of the System>Order statuses menu.
Regarding your HikaShop Business, the subscription expired in 2014 for the account naizak.
Now you may have purchased/renewed it again with another user and in that case, you want to log on our website with that other user account and enter the URL of your website in the My account>My susbcriptions menu.
Otherwise, if your subscription is expired, you can use the renewal link on that page to renew the subscription.
