There is no such thing. Most emails are not linked to orders or statuses.
For example, the contact request email is sent via the contact form page, or the order creation notification is sent to the customer when an order is created.
There is only one email which is sent for order statuses changes, it's the "order status notification".
That email is either sent:
- when a payment plugin changes automatically the status of an order and asks the HikaShop order model to sned the user notification (normally, it's when the payment plugin receives a payment notification from the payment gateway and confirms the order)
- when the status of an order is changed in the backend and you check the checkbox to notify the customer.
