Reset Shop information

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.20
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.20

I have finished testing my hikashop so I would like to reset / clear all test orders etc. before going live. Could you please advise me if there is a routine to follow or script. Many thanks.

Well, you can just empty the tables you want to reset in your database via phpmyadmin.
What table to empty will depend on what you mean by "etc" but it's basically among the tables prefixed with "hikashop_"

Thank you for the reply. I have had a look at phpmyadmin. The ones I believe need to be emptied are:
hikashop_cart, cart_product, email_log, history, order, order_status, order_product.

Do I go to each one, check all and delete or is there more to it?

You want to keep order_status. For the others you can empty them yes.
You can empty the tables with one click. You don't need to select the elements in the table and delete them.
