No PAY NOW button in unpaid emails

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.24
-- PHP version -- : 7.4

Hi

I have looked at this:

I think I have all set up correctly, but no link is in the email to the customer?

Hi,

It seems correct but I'm not sure. Could you provide a screenshot of the whole order statuses listing, a screenshot of the details of the order and a screenshot of the email received ?
If the order status is correctly enabled in the order statuses listing, it's probably that the status of the order when the email notification is sent is not this order status but another.

Hello,

We process some test and check on your Backend, and it seems that you didn't have the "pay now" button in your email because there was no payment method associated to your order.
I allow myself to associated to your order (order number 00199), a payment method, and you will be able to process a preview of your email.
And from now, you will have at the end of your email a link to redirect your customer, to pay.
Hope this will help you to achieved what you requested.

Hi,

It is indeed linked to that other thread.
When you click on the pay link and you're not already logged in on the frontend with the user account of that order, the system will redirect you to the login form page. As it doesn't know which menu item id to use, it will try to use one adequate.
Here, it doesn't find any user login form page menu item and thus it gets the first one it sees and it ends up being your homepage, which doesn't even have the main area and thus doesn't even display the login form.
Create a user login form page menu item via the joomla menu manager and it should work better.
