Attach invoice do not support special character

hi, I have installed attach invoice plugin however when I click import and save the value for special character cannot be show in the invoice

you can refer attach image for reference. any possible to show the special value in the invoice? or can we have an options the invoice will not overwrite the original view?

the options for overwrite has been turn off from the settings but it still cannot work
