questions on order management and email

hi

would it be possible to add the orders management in the front end for the super admins or admins?

i added a new order status "delivered" how do i add this to the emails and add custom fields such as date and time recved and received by to the email?

i have 5 questions on emails received for orders. i attached it.

can you kindly assist me?

Hi,

1. and 3. You can use a translation override to change that text, like any text in HikaShop:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify

2. 4. and 5., you need to go in the menu System>Emails, edit the email, and there, you'll find a "template" option with an edit icon.
Click on the edit icon and it will open a popup where you can modify the template. There, you can add the HTML tag for your logo image near the beginning of the HTML. And for the header image color, you can change the HTML to point to a copy of that header.png image that you'll have first downloaded, modified with a tool like paint.net to use another color, and then uploaded to your website.
And for the like of the "payment method" text, you can add your custom CSS in the style tag at the top.

1. That's what HikaMarket Front edition is for:

2.a The order status is mentioned automatically in the order status notification that you can send when you change the status of the order. So I do see why you're asking about adding it ? Could you provide more information on what you want to do ?

2.a For custom fields, supposing that we're talking here about custom fields of the table "order", if you edit them via the Display>Custom fields menu, you can activate the email display settings so that they will appear automatically in the email if filled in the order.
