Remove columns in orders listing

Hi,

In the settings page of the HikaShop user points plugin (via the Joomla plugins manager), you can find a setting "Display points on the backend orders listing". Turn it off and it will remove the two points columns.
For the partner column there is no setting. This comes from the HikaShop affiliate plugin.
If you don't use the affiliate system, you can just disable the plugin via the Joomla plugins manager and it will remove that column as well as the options relative to the affiliate system in your HikaShop configuration and in the menus of the backend.
